Today we decorated our Xmas Tree at home – every year it gets more and more special, there´s always a new ornament that tells a little bit of our story, the places we´ve been, trips, people we met, daughters, friends….I started it very very calmly. I love this ritual of decorating the tree with kids around, and I like it simple – with our memories and ornaments that represent something important…

Every trip I make I bring some local characteristic ornament. When we went to China, I was delighted with ornaments made of painted metal – gorgeous! In Germany (Munich) I knew the wood carving art (really tiny details) looks like lace…well, ornaments from several places…and I love to mix them with the ornaments my daughters make at school; and also with all sweeties my friends and family give me.

The nooses at the tree, for example, were made by Iliana – a friend of mine. One day she gave to me these nooses – I was surprised and delighted  with her generosity…and very happy! I always use them to decorate the tree, so I remember her…and how special our friendship is!

This tree became a mix of our memories – a faith, love and hope symbol.

I also like to hang some ornaments at the window – it’s very pretty when wind blows and they “dance”…and the shadow made with the sun light – delightful….and it is gorgeous!

Now, after recovering from the exciting party marathon hahaha (I loved it, but I was awfully tired), I come back to this sweet place!!

Today I show you some news, this one fixes a problem I have with beach bags. I think it might be also your problem…usually these bags look so beachy, and they are always too small…So, I thought about a gorgeous bag (structured to have a great design), big, and it can also be worn in the city, to go shopping, to travel…The Beach Bag is just like that: extremely lovely and super-cool – all outfits will look gorgeous!!! And everything fits in it (a lot of internal pockets…)

You must believe me when I tell you I was soooo excited…last Friday (Nov 20^th), me and my hubby celebrate 10 years married. It feels like yesterday, 2 gorgeous daughters, amazing architecture projects (we are architects and we work together), traveling around the world, understandings after misunderstandings, mature, and so many things we went through together…and everything so big and so significant…it fills my heart! I can´t imagine another person in my life. I love, love, love, love mu hubby soooo much…he´s my life! I must thank God for all I have!!

These Colombian Roses he gave me – GORGEOUS!!! – will be in my heart and memory forever – as a love oasis, affection…everyday…a very special gift!

Hello dear friends!

Well, after my little girls´ party yesterday (Va and Lu), I could organize my posts. Now I can show you photos from my party last Thursday, my dearest friends…and details I am already missing….the decoration my friend Roberta did; and, of course, chef Luquin “Multifunctional” dinner (she makes a little bit of everything…and everything is just wonderful!!!).

Once more, I want to thank all my friends´ presence, and also all messages, phone calls…and be prepared: next year we´ll have another one – you´re all invited!!! There´s a virtual friend from Brasília that already confirmed her presence!!

I was so tired…specially on Saturday, after my girls´ party – LOL– but it was great!!!

Look what a great idea: Roberta did a cloth panel so all my guests could leave a message…

This cloth was supposed to be only decorating, but this great idea came out! All girls left their message, a little bit of our friendship…TOUCHING!! This moment is forever!

It´s 2:18am – the party was amazing!!!!! I couldn´t post during the party as I planned …- but now I show you everything!!

Well, I must say I´m very emotional…while selecting the photos (to this post) I started crying and remembering every moment, my friend´s affection…everything! I just read my hubby´s message (he´s in Sao Paulo) and I cried  even more!!! You are all very special!

I thank my friend´s presence!!! It was awesome having you with me!!!!

Roberta created all decoration, everything gorgeous, very very creative! The room was telling a fairy tale about me. It was like being inside a charmed house – a Chria Planet. There was a line with shred cloths and notes (from my friends, my hubby, daughters, everybody!) hung on it. And the bathroom…oh my goodness! I couldn´t believe  – Amazing!!! Roberta took a hat I own and put it over a lampshade, very nice!! Well, I´m still in shock hahaha. I´ll never forget this moment, this doll house Roberta did! She also did the cupcakes and candies very very sweet and cute!

Roberta, what can I tell you? With all my heart: THANK YOU! You are a beloved friend!!

And Luquin with her wonderful dinner!! Girls, she prepared all dinner alone, amazing! Filet mignon with Dijon mustard, risotto, and salads with special sauces…I think I´ll have more risotto after posting here….thanks dear friend, or should I call you sister Luquin? You are amazing!

I must also thank Selma, Leila, Patricia, Jacky Onassis, Alcilene, and my little fairies for everything you done…you made my day unforgettable!!!! I also thank all messages you left me here, in the blog….I have no words…

Wow, I´m awfully tired…

I had such a surprise today….do you believe that Chria´s fairies came here and started singing “Happy birthday”?? I think all building could hear it….they also brought gorgeous flowers, a smock I loved!! And a card that deserves special attention: I thought amazing the idea of putting two little dolls representing two beloved friends that couldn´t be present at the moment I received the gift…extremely cute!!!! I will never forget the “happy birthday” they sang will all their heart…
