Look at this!
How about inviting your girlfriends to have a tea on the couch??
Create a nice place where you can chat for hours, having a delicious snack on the couch! Don’t tell this to your kids…LOL
Yes! A lovely tablecloth (it must cover the couch) with a nice tray, cupcakes, cups, cookies, and other cute foods…dishes aren’t necessary, but don’t forget the napkins (not paper napkins! Cloth napkins) matching the tablecloth…
I love this idea of having picnic on the couch…sweet friends, music and laughs….fun!!
How about????
Have a great weekend!

Good morning girls!
To start this week, I show you a simple and cute idea.
- Do you know that card or drawing your son made, a sweet photo…turn it to a picture and create a new and personalized effect in your home decoration!
- I took cardboard and created the frame (you can choose the width). After that, I coated it with cloths, and I made a background with a whole piece of cardboard. Between them I put the card. To hang it, use a ribbon…it looks great!
This picture was order by a client who wanted a card to present a graduation student. Fab, isn’t it?
Some pics to you…

This is especially for you: a graphic poem I just did with a beautiful phrase I found in a book…
I know it’s in Portuguese, but it means:
“L-ove
Words are missing images”

Hello gals!
My mom gave me this handmade knitting job, like a tiny tablecloth (from Fortaleza – Ceará – Brazil http://www.ceara.com.br/Fotos_Fortaleza/fortaleza_fotos.htm; they make gorgeous handmade…) – so cute – but I’m not a big fan of this kind of decoration, maybe because we have a contemporary decoration at home (my hubby is “less is more”), so I decided to use it in a different way – I made a cushion!
To change roles, objects, redecorating…..it’s sooooo good, isn’t it?
xxxx and have a great night!

Hello guys and girls!
What about a note that looks like a poem, to make a surprise to our loving ones?
To change the routine, find creative and new possibilities, whatever! Affection is always great!
This little note can stay always hanged – as a mobile – to inspire your days and remember good moments. It also looks great with photos!

Hi everyone!
I felt like sketching cute things in papers, cloths, ….whatever…I think these are sketches that can be used (in cushions, vanity boxes, bed linen…) really cute and cozy.
Do you like this idea?? Your opinion is very important to me – leave your comments and suggestions – I’ll love it!

Hello friends!
I love receiving and sending letters – I’m even part of a pen pal group (girls! Love you!!!!).
To write is to leave a little part of you there, in that paper – and who receives a letter loves it! It’s always a surprise, and e-mail will never replace it – for sure! To bring this back is a new trend!!! – makes good to the heart, reinforces friendships and it’s a wonderful medication anti-stress! I recommend!
Besides letters, I leave some ideas to make this better: tulles instead of paper envelops (this one in the picture came from a dear friend), tags and little note pads, paper flowers, buttons covered with cute applications, laces bands where you can hang your notes, origamis, post cards, and souvenirs (these ones I got from a friend who went to Paris), cookies……and so many other simple ideas you may have and (of course) send to a friend. The coolest thing is that you made it – it has so many feelings!!
Who knows…it would be a nice idea to join friends and create a pen pal group?? To start a new year with new attitudes is always good…

Installation, inspiration, intuition…it’s the living creation!
I took an old jelly jar and glued over its lid a little glass cup (from a local mustard company – little and short). This glass received a “easy to take care“ plant. I adorned the lid to hide it and to look like a vase – but after you open it…there’s the surprise! Inside the jelly jar I put chocolate – it has the same color of soil – and it looks like the soil that would go if it was really a vase.
A lot of people liked it! My hubby suggested therapy …but I decided to post it here!
Well, think like this: something that would be thrown away is now INS. Decorative art, some nature in your office table, chocolate and happy people.
And you, did you like it?

Hello girls!!
Besides being an artist and Chria’s designer, we have (me and my hubbie) an Architecture company (A+C Arquitetura), and I work as an architect. Well, look what I just invented…I couldn’t resist … and I’ll show you:
A toilet with all wood furniture installed, all taps, lightening…everything almost ready (it is our project), but something was missing: the decoration. Window finishing, frames, scenery…and all those beautiful things we love and that personalizes the environment. I thought: “To personalize the environment?”…I just decided to create a new concept to our architecture projects – to create a unique touch, exclusive – having our client’s personality – let’s agree this is something really hard in the decoration objects’ stores. We made all decoration: fabric frames, curtains, hand towels, objects, wall stickers….we studied all details to create a strong identity.
I loved the result so much (and of course, the client loved it too) that a new job was created at our office: Handmade Art in Architecture. We also make the interior architecture project, and all decoration studies and creation – providing all necessary objects (stickers, towels, curtains, painted wall tiles…)
If you have an environment you’d like to have a handmade art architecture project (and some decorations objects), send a message to contato@chria.com.br – send us a photo, and your ideas.
If you need an interior architecture project, please send an e-mail to christiane@amsicearquitetura.com.br.
I hope you enjoy!
